What the Seiferts wanted was a Cape Cod style home to replace the fixer upper house they lived in.

Nasrin took on this challenge by designing a new home over and around the existing raised foundation, and garage slab.

The client's involvement, combined with Nasrin's knowledge, quality of design and level of detailing, produced the family's dream home.
