McMillin Residence, Coronado

With permit in hand for a basic, new two-story house, the McMillins asked Nasrin to transform it into what they really wanted. In addition to some structural redesign, Nasrin redesigned many of the spaces. Exterior redesign included façade redesign, detailing, materials, products, colors and textures, and hardscaping. Interior redesigns included kitchen and bath, shape and detailing of the stairs, ceilings, fireplace mantle, cabinets, cove lighting details, flooring design and more.
